What we collect

When you create an account we store: your email address, your name (if you give it), your chosen subscription tier, and your activity within the app (lessons completed, grows logged, photos you upload, achievements earned, forum posts). If you sign in with Google we receive your basic profile info from Google's OAuth response.

What we use it for

Deliver the product: render your dashboard, your grow tracker, your progress, your certificates.
Power the AI Coach: when you ask the coach a question, we send your question, a summary of your relevant context (current lesson, active grows), and recent conversation history to Anthropic's Claude API.
Process payments: Stripe handles all card data directly; we only store a Stripe customer ID.
Send transactional email (magic links, phase reminders, certificate notifications) via Resend.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics via PostHog to understand product usage.

What we do NOT do

Sell your data to anyone.
Use your grow photos to train third-party models.
Share your activity with Traystar (they're separate products).
Run behavioral ad targeting. We don't sell ads at all.

Your rights

You can export all your data (every grow, every photo, every XP event) as a CSV / ZIP bundle at any time from your profile page. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the same page. Deletion is permanent and removes your grows, photos, forum posts, and achievements; certificates are archived but retained with a placeholder holder name to preserve public verification URLs.
